REY
LEE is no new comer in the fashion industry as well as the
entertainment circle.
Having run his own fashion, bridal and beauty businesses
from 1983 till 2003; he went on to become a trainer for a
couple of years in secondary schools and still find time
to do styling and image consulting for commercials,
television and films.
He also guest spoke at the then La Salle International,
judged beauty pageants and does costume designing for
local plays and operas.
Rey
also had the privilege to work with London director Andrew
Sinclair (Italian Opera Cavalleria/Pagliacci), the late Mr
Kuo Po Kun (RedHawk), Mr Jack Neo (One More Chance/Artfest
2000) and many more esteemed directors.
He also did the costume for Private Parts (Mr Michael Chiang) in 1994 for both the English and Chinese Plays.
Rey,
having the passion for arts, did costumes and consulting
for local schools’ musicals and dances. Besides
designing corporate uniforms; he still find time to
present his fashion show in Zouk and bridal shows in
various hotels.
He was featured as one of the few male therapist in The
New Paper (1989)and on the life section in The Straits
Times (1995); besides several bridal magazines. He also
did a write=up for Female Brides in 1999.
Presently, having just finished his latest television
sitcom styling job; CALEFARE on TCS 5, he looks forward in
spending some time as a wedding consultant in
